How D11Host collects, uses, and protects your information.
Our website addresses are d11host.com and client.d11host.com.
We don't collect end-user or customer data through our main site at d11host.com itself. If you upload images to the site, keep in mind that images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) can have that location data extracted by visitors who download them — so it's worth avoiding images with that data included.
If you leave a comment on our site, you can opt in to having your name, email, and website saved in a cookie for convenience, so you don't need to re-enter those details next time. These last for a year.
Visiting our login page sets a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies — it holds no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Once you log in, we set additional cookies to remember your login and display preferences: login cookies last two days, and screen-option cookies last a year (or two weeks if you select "Remember Me"). Logging out clears your login cookies.
If you edit or publish an article, one more cookie is saved recording the post ID you're editing — it holds no personal data and expires after a day.
Some pages may include embedded content from other sites (videos, images, articles, and similar). That embedded content behaves exactly as if you'd visited the other website directly — meaning the other site may collect data about you, use its own cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content, including if you're logged into an account there.
We don't sell your personal information. We only share data with the service providers necessary to deliver our services — for example, payment processors and domain registrars — or where required by law.
For privacy-related questions or requests, please reach out via a support ticket through your client area, or email us at support@d11host.com.
