Our approach to refunds across hosting, VPS, reseller, domain, and email services.
All fees for our services follow D11Host's fee schedule in effect at the time, and are due as specified there. Renewal fees for periods after your initial term are due immediately at the start of that renewal period.
D11Host may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate services and withhold service after a payment due date. Reinstating a suspended or terminated account carries a ₹2,000 reinstatement fee. All applicable taxes, fees, and government charges related to the services are payable by you.
You're eligible for a refund if you cancel your shared hosting account within the first 45 days of sign-up. Cancellations after that window aren't eligible for a refund.
Refunds don't apply to dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates, renewals, third-party products purchased as add-ons (such as WHMCS, cPanel, or Softaculous licenses not included in your base package), or domain registration fees.
Dedicated servers, dedicated clearance servers, and VPS hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances. The same exclusions above (dedicated IPs, SSL certificates, renewals, paid third-party add-ons, domain fees) apply here as well.
Payments are due on time. Once a due date passes, the associated service is suspended; a suspended account is terminated if payment isn't received within 3 days of the due date.
To request a refund, submit a support ticket from your client area with your order details. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
